Ride home from RAF Cosford. Pushed hard all the way, experimenting at times with the dog poo technique on the pedals. Lanes were very mucky at times, not going to be pleasent tommorrow night !

Ride from Caths Parents in Gwernaffield near mold, down into mold, up to pass over to ruthin, down to ruthin, out towards denbeigh than back through the lanes and over the pass at moel Authur, very steep, granny and out of the saddle but kept it going. Short delay for cows near clicain, up trial hill and back. Very hungry afterwards.

Very cold night, got off to slow start with someone having apuncture, it then just got faster and faster, stayed with them till1 mile to go .
Quite pleased. - 17-19 mins was stood still though.... so 1.32 not too bad.
