Still felt rough this morning, coughing up rubbish, shoudnt have done it really. Decided not to push it too hard and to enjoy it.
Only one mistake + a couple of dodgy route selections. Felt very rough after about 2 hours for a while but decided to finish the course.
I missed out one control which I could have got, as I has 10 mins early but quite pleased considering the state of my health.
