Rode to YBT qualifier, and got there quicker than some who went on the motorway.
Proabbly went a bit harder than I should have done but the dual carridgeways were quite scary and encouraged going fast

Quick blast on turbo before going to a meeting. Let lots of pressure off the cleats, will have another look at seat position tonight.
Have new tyres and tubes for Road bike and my light has arrived so no excuses now !!
