enforced rest day doing the start lists for national event:
sorting out people entering on the same BOF no.s and SI card No.s plus me being a muppet with the config file.

Decision taken: more sleep - back onto a proper diet, cant kid myself I can get away with eating pork pies and cake and still lose weight.
Need to get under 70 KG by end of Jan
