Walked to bottom og German Cutting then Skied up sundial hill, back down up to Broc Coppice and along the skyline to chase road corner with a downhill loop, then back via the decent to the Christophers House

Gave it lots for the last 2 mins of the last effort.

Tried seeeing how much water i am losing -
Weigh before and after and drank 750mls on the bike
after the maths I lost 950mls in the hour - ouch !
Bizzare as if you emptied a bottle over hour head you would have a big puddle, just a few drips and some wet clothing !

Skidding allover the place finding it difficult to turn.
Binned it at level 11 when my calves started to hurt from trying to turn and skidding too much, didnt want to pull a muscle.
Warm down with kids after running round a bit
