Probably went a bit too hard, got lost at the end trying to find the pool.

Feeling much better been getting lots of sleep (thanks hollypops)!
Snowed so coudnt go outside so went on the turbo.
Pushed on a bit harder and put in a 10 min effort just before the end.
Back to normal just as the snow returns humphh, should melt quickly though !
