Forgot how to orienteer for first 4 then nailed the rest of the course.

ride back from Exeter to Mum and Dads in Taunton. Weather ok till the end. Didnt have any food with me so struggled for the last 20 mins and lots of climb.

Found it tough tonight so only did 3 not the 4 reps.
cold feet again, watched Rick Stien in Cambodia.

relay / sprint training round Walton high school.
Very cold, went off hard and then eased off when I got couple controls ahead of the chasing pack......

Counts as a rest day really I think
