Run around the coastal path in Brittany. Took a big fall but managed to land in gorse rather than the track.
knee very sore for the last 5 mins up hill so walked the last 500 metres.

3 x 10 mins high gear 75-80 rpm with 5 mins recovery

Put turbo on highest setting now so down a couple of cogs. Bit harder than Mon so cut it to 3.
