Orienteering (Compass Sport Cup) 1:02:20 [4] 9.1 km (6:51 / km)
shoes: VJ SUPRAS

hard and fast, a runners course.
Made two scrappy errors losing about 3 mins
probably one more little one costig 30 secs.
Not to bad.

Walk (Mapping) 1:53:00 [2] 6.5 km (17:23 / km) +300m 14:08 / km

Hanchurch Woods Mapping, going fairly quickly, up and down.
Shoud make a good area, hope the GPS records the tracks well enough to use on the map as doing it manualy will take ages.

Cold much better, but dedcided to give it one more day.

After a disasterous Saturday ( club party) everybody brought cake. Back on the food diary
Muesli, Coffee
apple and 2 rice cakes

2 M & S pasta pots spread through th early afternoon
Bit of dark Choc,
rice cake
pack of oatcakes
Handful of nuts
Salmon, Cous Cous and Leeks
Yog and Berrys

Circuits (chasers) 45:00 [4]

Much better than last week

Run 25:00 [3]

again much better than last week, fairly steady chatting to jo

Turbo Trainer intervals (4 x 10 mins Z4) 1:15:00 [5]

Slightly slower cadence and therefore HR than the old Sweetsport session ( also cadence battery dead so having to count) picked up cadence to 110 for last minute of last interval.
Good hard session to start the proper training.
