Recovery ride, varying the cadence but keeping effort the same, few sprints to mix things up.

lots of seated climbs on the singlespeed, back a little sore at the end.
even managed upper stepping stones up to trig point

pretty fast, not quite race pace but very close. Didnt do the bit in the driver training area as an excercise was on and didnt fancy getting run over by a tank, Mind you a helecopter landed about 100m from me at one point.
Need to extend the course a bit to get the time right.

Fromn Gordano up to Ashton Court entrance and down towards bedminster. Turn round and back over.
Concentrating on big gears and giving those quads a bashing on slow cadence.
Very difficult to resist the temptation to drop a few gears and spin it oe get out of the saddle but felt the session did me good straight away.
more of the same needed me thinks

busy few days coming up so decided to have rest day today.
Really concentrated on diet today.
did some stretching and calf massage though

Interupted by Chaves so spent time rescuing conrtols and guarding them before finally completing the course later.
