Ride out to cycle shack to drop off bike to try and sort out brakes whilst I am away.

Shattered, so having a rest day, though did climb up 175 steps from Russell Square tube station, quad burn at the top after 2 at a time !

Mixed up the gears a bit and did a few sprints but could tell I was tired.
rest of the week fairly hard as Skiing next week which will be an easy week.
