in cycling shoes around queens in Taunton to keep Judy happy. Quite a good little area really

In to Taunton for some foot O and then up to Blackdowns before back to Taunton.

not really in the mood for training so had a blowy fast walk across the chase to chase road corner and did some stretching.
No ill effects from the race on wed night.

Much better, though school boy error missing first control do 10 points down on what I should have got.

Note

Feel much better in myself, must have been a ickle virus on Sund / Mon
Saw sports mass last night and feel much better today.
Will probably race Wed night but try not to give it 110%
Going to regularly see sorts mass guy for the next fwe months.

weight:71.6kg (injured) (rest day)

Was off colour all day sat so didnt do anything at all, especially not the 4 hour hilly road ride that was planned.
Also left hamstring really not happy and right shoulder getting worse
Saw Chiropractor tonight and seeing Sports Mass/Physio tomorrow.
Might give wed a miss and concentrate on getting right.
