2 x 10 min giving it some at high cadence and high resistance. Part of a litlle last minute leg opening up before tapering for Sweden next week.
Was disapointed with HR only reaching 160 when my legs were on fire but realised I was in the same gear I was doing 85-90rpm in over the winter and was doing 100-110 !
