Mountain bike (chase recreational ride) 2:30:00 [2]

ride with Steve in the sunshine, out to Monkey, lap and back again.
rode the giant. Pulled the seat forward half way round but ride very harsh. RRear tyre almost bald and front brake needs bleeding.
Really think I might give some racing ralphs a go for xc. Perhaps when I get some new wheels keep Pythons on one set for MBOscorequests

Back a little sore, + glutes still need lots of stretching.
no singlespeeding for a while I think until I get some front suspension on it.
Must make glute stretching part of daily routine
