Lower back in a right state. See chiropractor tomorrow am.
Need to do lots of SI stability and Core work as soon as pain has subsided.
Am on a kneely chair at work.

2 x Tuna Pitas and leaves.
Ickle eat nakd bar
Makrel, Cous Cous and Tomatos
Coffee cake and cream ( just using it up )
