Right, enough is enough weight going on again.....
Waiting for consultant appointment in May and dont want to be 80kgs when I get there.

Coffee ( no milk in the house)
1 x can tuna in olive oil, 1 brown pita and leaves
museli bar
Smallish portion on Spag Bol + parmisan
small pavlova (Holly cooked and I coudnt say no)
