Note

Coach training program part 1 completed. Nice weekend and actually the whole week. A lot of new ideas.

Cool training and an idea for future trainings. Mass start. First hill up by running. On top of the hill you'll get a map containing two control points. Cooling down after navigating two legs. This repeated three times.
