nice running session. Only negative is that I have to run on asphalt. I haven't found softer ground. It's also so dark in the evening that I don't even dare to take all roads I see.

Abs and legs on the hotel room floor. Rough and long, but also at the same time rewarding day at work.

warm up/down and in between 5x4'+1' recovery. Found a nice "serpentine" road up to "mountain". Every second uphill and downhill. Before running I was watching Jape's run in korttelikuppi.
