Lazy workout. Legs are hard as stone after two "serious" running on asphalt. Tried to help (or make worse) with workout.

"Test run" Orimattila. Not fully recovered from yesterday's O session, but not too bad feeling either. Followed Late up to first hill and then had give up from his pace. Track was ok. 1 cm wet snow, but not slippery. Temperature 0 C.

Korttelikuppi at Hämeenkoski. 7.6 km course "street orienteering". Running was difficult, otherwise pretty much ok.
