Orienteering race (Tiomila) 53:20 [4] 6.9 km (7:44 / km)
shoes: Vj Twister (Black/Orange)
Tiomila relay. 5th leg. 6.89 km. Couple of small mistakes. So orienteering was ok, but running was not. I just could not run on easier parts of the race. Nicely organised competition on beatiful place. All credits to organisers. Best ever. Our team ended up to 136 place.

Night cup, Nikkijärvi. 7.0 km. Mass start. Beeing ill has taken all the power from my legs, but still I could run somehow. First night O training or any real O session for this spring. In that ligth orienteering was ok. Mistakes happened, when I started to ge tired. Now thumbs up that I get some extra boost to running for Tiomila.

First training session in two weeks. Took it easy. Walked uphills. It was not so difficult as I expected, not too easy neither.
