HU training at Keisarsuo. Felt tired and almost skipped this event, but luckily didn't. Running felt easy. Terrain is great. Course was a defenetely good one. Weather was perfect. Had a glass of Sahti at control point 8. Good one also.

Small trails up and down at Tiirismaa. Relaxing, therapeutic tempo. During the run I was thinking that there are plenty of nice trails for trail running race.

Running with Juha Lymysalo by the river Mur and we also climbed up to Schlossberg. Nice way to meet a friend once and while by going for a run with him. We did not properly agree the place to meet and time to meet, but eventually we met. Cell phone decided to reboot during the run so no data available.

Slight difficulties with the hotel room. During the lunch I was informed to check out, because reservation was incorrectly done only until Wednesday and hotel was fully booked. I got a room from the other hotel for one night, but before leaving I got a room from the very same hotel I've been into so far. Unnecessary packing and unpacking exercise.

Short run by river Mur after day at work and before the social event. One minute shower in between. Nice weather for running.
