At Salpausselkä ski games and also on TV. In the evening at Pornainen. Jenni had a floorball training match.

With kids spotting skiing stars. Johaug, Kalla, Aikku, Kyllönen, Malvalehto, Rönning und so weiter. Jonne got bored after 1 min. Jenni was very excited. All kms included. Time shortened.

Skiing hills 1:15:00 intensity: (25:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) + (30:00 @4) 9.63 km (7:47 / km)
shoes: Karhu Spectra Optigrip

Hills at Tiirismaa. 12 points to Kristian for this training. Good one. Skiing tracks are in good shape especially at Tiirismaa. Only Antsa's loop was not groomed.

Nice skiing conditions for optigrips. Perfect kick. Relaxed classic style skiing. Tracks for classic or skate were not in a good shape due to new snow. Not groomed. Glide ... hmmm ... what glide. Spring is coming. Owl was singing or at least keeping noice at Tiilijärvi. Huuuu. Huhuu ... Huuu. Huhuu ...

Warm up and cooling down. Took a photo of Jenni with Kikkan and Aikku.

Hollola (town) champs. First skiing competitions in about 25 years. Tough it was. After first km I was thinking that this goes smoothly, but then it started to get more and more difficult. I should have skied at least once similar distance faster. Now I was lacking technique and everything to ski faster. Also glide was not too good. Guys were flying past from left and right. Still it was fun and a very good training. And hey I was second.

Skiing skate during kids' skiing school. A few intervals during the training. No glide at all.
