Hämis stopped by when I was playing hockey with Jonne and asked to join night O training. I had forest running in my mind so it was perfect match. Tiomila training with Hämis at Tiirismaa. Cool!

First time my regular 20 km winter running route on this "winter". No snow on the course so it was good to run. Running was rather easy and most of the time I was thinking that when the running begins. Wind was on my side for eight kilometers and then against me to 11 km. Then no wind or against the rest of the run. Good feeling now.
Thought over the run yesterday. It's pb despite the poor pacing (started too fast). Last year at the same time of a year I had similar kind of feelings when running. Time was 27 second slower than yesterday. Weight is now two kilos less than a year ago :). Looking forward test run in Tapanila.

5000 m at Pajulahti. Felt tired on warm up. Like no power on legs. Started way too fast. First lap 1:10. Slowed down, but first km still 3:45. Second km 3:55. That was ok. Third and fourth I guess plus 4 min. Last one better again. Time was better than last time and on better day I can take 10 sec on third and fourth km and then 19:30 here I come.
