Nice winter day for outdooring. - 10 C and sunny. Skating at Heinsuo. Double poling from Arvi Hauvosentie towards Devil's nest and back. Good glide.

Korttelikuppi at Lammi. Felt asleep on the way to third cp and on the way to fourth cp. I was reading the coming legs and turned in wrong corners and got temporarily confused. Remaining control points were ok. Extra kilos on my belt and lower leg injury slowed me down :). Something to work with in coming months.

Juniors training at Keijupuisto. Running with Jenni. Target was to choose different route choice. Didn't look map until Jenni had chosen her way. Then looked at the map and chose mine. Nice training. Micro at the end.
