Orienteering race 20:33 [4] 2.2 km (9:20 / km)
Sprint course at Ellison. OK result, about middle of the pack. Legs were slow, struggled on the hills, and after #7 the legs were runners' legs - flat and pretty non-technical, not my specialty

Score-o at Ellison. Went E then S, finished with 520 pts. Only mess-up was following the pack out of the gate up the wrong spur, very early on. Settled in after that, though the hills killed me.
Did roughly the same pattern as Sergey, and we kept running into each other at the controls. I picked a better route to the last #163, cutting through a dry marsh, while Sergey went around the road and a big pond, neither of which were mapped. Lucky break for me, i guess.

New route in - braved East ave from Village of Pittsford to AC elementary. AM traffic was light, so no big deal, and it saved @3km. Probably won't try it at the 5 pm rush hour. (15 km)
For the home route, went ER & linden, down Marsh & 96. Further (18 km) but long stretch with a decent shoulder. I think this will be the default route.
