| Orienteering training at Flatfjället in Sälen. Body is feeling really good, so I hope for a fun week at Oringen. Beautiful terrain.

| First running session in almost two weeks. Felt much better than expected. Only some pain in the heal in the beginning. Legs felt good. |

| Started with fixing the tires from yesterday, two holes in each tire. The two holes in each tube was on the opposite side so it was something very pointy that hit both tires.. Then I did a new try on Lidingöloppet 30km course. Really nice route on small trails around Lidingö. A lot of small steep hills that get the heart rate up...

| Not so much of training today. Were going for a nice bike ride but got a flat tire in the middle of Lidingö.. :-(. Only thing to do was to walk to the nearest bus stop and take the bus home. But that wasn't as easy as I thought, apperently you are not aloud to take the bike on the buses in Stockholm.. But after some debate with the driver I managed to take the bike on the bus, but only if I took away the back-wheel because then it wasn't I bike anymore but instead a baby carriage????
The only good thing about the flat tire was that I didn't have to bike in the heavy rain and thunder which started when I arrived at the bus stop. |
