Last stage of Oringen. Chase start went out as number 14 about 20min behind but some guys possible to catch not to far in front. A good race today, small misstake on #4 where two guys from behind caught up to me. After that we were a group of about 4 people the rest of the race. Were really tired in my legs today but managed to sprint in the end and to be first to the finish in our group. Finished 9th in the total. Good result after the catastrophic beginning of the week.

Stage 4 of Oringen. Lift to the starting place so the course was mostly in the alpine on top of Hundfjället. Really fast running today, legs feeling quite okay but some small misstakes ~2min in total.

Stage 3 of Oringen. Today up on the "fjäll", really nice terrain. Had a superb start on the race, the first 45-50min can be among the best I ever have done in a race. Then I did a big misstake where I lost a little over 4min, started to get tired and thought I had come much longer on the leg than I had when I saw a cliff. Pretty ok from that control to the finish. Ended up as number 6, about 3.5min behind.

Oringen stage 2. Better than yesterday but still alot of misstakes. Running is feeling quite good, but my running technique is not perfect in the stony ground right now.

Warm up to the stage 1 at Oringen. Short cool down after.

Stage 1 of Oringen in Berga by outside Sälen. Crappy race today, started ok but then the first mistake came already to second control ~1min then ok until five where first got the marshes wrong and lost maybe 1min on the route but then I didn't see the flag when I was in the circle and lost over 5min in total on the leg. Quite ok from six to finish except I should have taken the road on the long long leg, I guess that would have been 1-2min faster.
