SM-Long final. BRONZE! Had a superb race today, couldn't have done so much better today, 2 smaller mistakes about 20s and a bad route choice. I am super happy with the race, felt great running the whole way. Nice terrain today, open and very good visibility made it possible to keep very high speed all the way into the controls. Nothing to do against unbeatble Peter Ö today.

SM long qualification. Did not do a perfect race, not so many mistakes inside the ring but lost quite some time on the longer legs, maybe didn't push it to the maximum in the running but also did some bad route choices. Finished 6th, quite tough to qualify since it is only like 4min between the winner and the 8th place, which was the last to the final. Now it is time to recharge and do a better race tomorrow,

Last hard training before SM. The body didn't feel so good during the warm up but losend up after half the first interval. 2*1lap at the light track on Gärdet in maximum speed with 4min rest between. As usual I have problem running fast on the first interval. But satisfied with the second one.

Easy recovery bike ride. Became a little longer than planned. Nice route north along edsviken to sollentuna. Blowing polar winds today, freezing cold.
