| Cold, wet and heavy, perfect for the training spirit. 10*4min in a wet marsh felt great running. I think the rest is doing the heal good so I will take it easy a couple of weeks more. |

| The season is almost over for me now, only three races left (25manna, and two e-series).
My focus now is to heal my heel so I can start the winter training in the beginning of November. Met the fysio guy again today and got some more exercises that should make the pain go away, and there will not be so much running before the heel is feeling good again. |
