Blodomloppet 10k race in västerås. Good people running, followed Öset and Carrass until 4k, lost some ground in a corner there and never managed to catch up. Lost time quickly after that. Pretty ok anyway, my shape is only good enough for 32-32:30 on a 10k right now.
Öset and Carrass run hard the rest of the race as well and had about 31:30. Both strong runners, Carrass had 14:58 solo on the B-heat in the 5k in Uppsala last weekend. And Öset was reserve to the european marathon champs (did 2:25 in spring).
