Elin convinced me that she needed company on her training. Haven't been on a pair of rollerskis in about 15 years, but why not. Ok weather, about 4 degrees and almost not raining, quite windy though.
Went very well when found the technique after about 30-40 min. Bad ass headwind from Tortuna into Västerås (km 25-35) so slow there. Bonked quite bad when entering Västerås så the last hour home was quite though for me, and in the same time Elin is doing 1k intervals just humilate me a little more. Several times I was very close to quit and take the bus home.
Really nice tour and to get through it! And time flies when you have company, Garmin messing around and loosing satellits all the way, HR from Elin since my HR strap have stop working. The Garmin 610 have been quite shitty, crashing and hangning several times.

Feeling nauseas during the day but went out anyway with the aim for some steady state. 4k away and turned around to start running faster but stomach upset from the start so skipped it today.
