Out on a small island outside Norrtälje for a wedding. Lovely morning run on the bare rocks along the water. Supernice weather and even more lovely location.

Morning cycling on the stationary bike in the gym.

Rollerski intervals 1:32:58 intensity: (30:58 @1) + (30:00 @2) + (15:00 @3) + (17:00 @4) 26.24 km (3:33 / km) +199m 3:25 / km

Similar rollerski intervals that I did with Elin before. 3 sets of 3*1k where the first 1k was the uphill we did before, 2nd one flat/slightly uphull and 3rd flat/slightly downhill. Slow today.

Continue to avoid running. 6*500m on the rowing maching. Warm-up/cool-down on crosstrainer and stationary bike.

Foot was not so happy during the weekend, so have decided to take some time off running to see if it will do better.

Bought a card at the local gym.
Warm up and cool down on cross-trainer and stationary bike.
And some strength training.
