Had a day of sleeping in, resting the ankle and sorting photo's, here's a few from Estonia including the confereence bike we rode round the Old Town!

Saturday Oct 4

Mountain Biking hills 2:10:00 [3] +700m
A windy day riding in the Port Hills with Phil. Up Worsleys (they've run a grader over the top half making it ridable, but the bottom half is worse than ever!), down Flying Nun with the new variant, which rocks but is not quite complete( watch out for wheelbarrows!), then along goat track to Vernon, back to Vic Park and down through Bowenvale. Super windy NorWest making life difficult.

Out at B Lake with Village, the Blue Loop out to Spencerville and back. Ankle got really sore for the last 15 minutes.

Monday Sep 29

16 mins up to SoT to go for a run, 10 back. Bit slow up the hill!
Running (Trail) 41:00 [3]
From SoT up H Ell till I met Rob, jogged back down with him then went for Vic Pk loop to jump park. Ankle got sore on the downhils. Massuese reckons it's the muscle-tendon join at the bottom of the shin. Nice warm down after yesterdays ride.
