long day + picking up sasha, dropping aoife at boarding again.
up at 5:45, dog walk, sasha prep, both of us off to work same time first time since oct.
came home, sat down and fell asleep for 30'. had to rally to get sasha, drop dog, hit gym.
up at 4:45 to catch eary ATL-LAX tomorrow morning.
