cold symptoms same as last Monday! crazy. sore throat came back. tired. rest more, drink more water, stricter w food. 5
hr driving day not a big help.

back squat - si joint ok!! light weight only 95-135x10, 10, 155 x 5-5-5
ass to grass
bbell bench also just light volume, careful w bbell 95-135x10-10, 155x10-10-10-10 shoulder ok
dbbc
bbell shoulder press 45x10-10, 65x10, 75x10. no pain, joint stable, head of humerus stayed in for once.

golfer elbow tendonitis almost goes away when warmed up. tight and painful otherwise
