Hip flexor hurt a bit, some weird burn around knee joint but no pain. Coordination and jogging w equal weight and power on both feet is the challenge. Half technical trail uphil, half road last mile home.

Moving time just under 1hr. 35:20 at turnaround. Only a minute faster up - on a bike over 10 pounds lighter. Hmm.

I really don’t understand how it is possible for
this bike to not break here. Seems stupid to ride these rocky bits fast on anything other than MTB.
