Not much leg soreness! Weird! Just usual shoulder joint soreness after high volume or heavy pressing. Need to stop sleeping like Urtzi.

Felt ok on the road very slow high cadence in brooks
def felt achiness and super careful on flats and downhills.
felt fine on climbs.
stopped at 20' and walked another 10' home uphill.
