pace per mile slower than road, at normal Easy/139hr
expected opposite! good. might take a few runs to get used to tready again.

Easy base, near steady HR at end

high 30s in morning. will be nice.

thinking of doing regular 15% 30' or 60' TT for benchmark

getring sick of sims but good spot for right now, twisty, slow running. pretty much zero straights so impossible to run fast. hill just steep enough to force granny gear.
cannot remember last time I ran on flat ground, or in a straight line.

wow! rocky rooty steep tech.
just did out and back to the monster climb.

easy out but some 150s HR on long climb back. Under LT, kind of no man's land long 50k pace or easier climbing.

super easy on descents: rocks and roots covered with leaves! several waterfall and stream crossings.
