Same double bridge loop but outer road at riverside park. All asphalt/concrete here obvs

Fasted, 11am start. Last cals 8pm last might.

Hot again. Carried a bottle in case of emergency (like sunday!) got by without it. Even at this jogging pace, body struggles to cool. 90s and humid. I used to be embarassed of 2003 Ironman Wisconsin meltdown 4:10 marathon in mid 90s, humid, 24% DNF rate day. When I lived in Seattle, 60s and overcast. Not so much after this week.
