warmup easy 7.0mph for 10' then slow build to 8.2mph

these garage treadmill sessions in the oven are brutal. just standing in the garage in this weather is hard.

then decided to go for a decent 2000
then thought maybe sub 7mins

but lost too much time at 6-6:30.

"In my opinion if you cannot row a sub 7:00 minute 2000m then you don't need a program, you need an attitude adjustment and something called work ethic."

Parked in mAin lot,
ran road up the hill to 2nd sign, back down to actual jones bridge, and one more lap.

So HOT. 90s and humid. easy jogging but turnover felt better. cadence.

Gain must be off. Garmin 310 from 08.

Never been plugged into a computer!
Guessing you are supposed to plug these in or connect to laptop/internet.

strap has been gone for months. carrying it in my hand is lame.
maybe high heat and humidity cause errors.
need a new one.
