up at 4:30 and woke up downstairs at 6:30 with Aoife.

Alla BDay today.
babushka and dedushka here last night and this am
with aioife while alla visited family in town all day.
tried to run on treadmill at least but aoife wasn't having it.

long run tomorrow.

Aoife up at 4:30, took her out. then again 6am before running took
her out and walked around yard, reinforcing pee spot on the pinestraw.

have that natural surface for a yard! easy.

super chill 8:45 down to 8' pace over first 15'.
then slow drop to 7:30s and held. felt easier than last time.
keeping Hr in 140s chill pace.

legs good. L achilles sore at first normal tendinitis but warmed up.

Slept in til 7:30am
Ate 2 packets gf oatmeal and 3 eggs at 8am.
Splash of milk.
Just coffee after, not much water.

Ran 1:30-2:45. Felt great! Steady even energy.

Weighed 178 after. Need to hydrate.
Funny I was up to 228 lbs last Feb.
