asheville hotel still fighting cold.
full night of sleep! first since pup came home last friday.
feel guilty since mrs is at home getting up at 3am, 6am before normal 7am wakeup.

easy 15' then 7:30s 140s hr 15' felt easy

but still fighting virus. sore throat.
foing to sleep 9hrs, work AVL morning, fly back
work ATL interviews 12-5. rough w alla at home w
baby and pup.
running much or even leaving much ixnayed for a while during
pup training.
prob have time to short run and lift in garage/ hotels, hike
on wknds.
driving to go run etc. just isn't realistic unless sleep is cut to 4--5hrs, 3-4am wakeup.
