home from FL last night. took over.
up at 11:30? and 4:30 with pup.
then 6:45 to start the day.
first walk to top of the hill at 8am.
working from home today. goal is to squeeze in ~ :45 lift in garage
around dallas lunch time/aoife nap.

AM work vero, 2pm palm beach-ATL.
home just in time to take aoife and let mama eat dinner after sasha to bed.

insane that i used to ride on the road here, 400mi weeks at christmas. mid 2000s.

Huge progress.
Up at 5 for ATL-Raleigh flight.

Cold all but gone. Slight congestion.
Feel "normal".
