slept through the night!!! at home!!! first time in over a month.
aoife slept 10:45-7:30. wow. had her 16 week 3rd round of vaccinations yesterday maybe that was it. pretty soon she's ok to hit public places and dog parks.

crazy two weeks.
still sore but i can sit down and stand up normally now.

gluten and quads very sore. rough standing up last night/today.

low back slightly sore. upper body ok.
pecs mild soreness, tight. shoulders 100%. YES!

kettlebell 30# Goblet squat a2g knee fine x10-10-10

after, knee felt fine. shoulders fine!
