no time or $ to get surgery any time this year. gotta keep up rehab

tough to motivate! sat in car for 20min before
after 3mi easy. mojo came back
8min pace 140hr held til creep to 148-150 by 60mins, then held 7:53 same hr just cruising. felt easy


family stuff morning, ran errands then afternoon reading and recording 5 scenes w alla, took few hrs.

hot humid dehydration nuked me by 45'
home-jones bridge trail all the way to gate the. back thru "new" hood
kept HR as low as possible in this heat/dehydration. high on final climb!

Appalachian Trail.

1hr20 from home, had conf calls before and after so was able to squeeze it in...start to finish including rest on summit well under 1hr20. crazy to drive 3hrs for that but worth it!

37:41 up, threshold pace 165-170 HR...avg was 163, from cold start
mostly hiking of course, 1351 gain with lots of very technical terrain.

stopped on the summitt boulder for 5' took pics

ascent 22' descent 1351'
more running than hiking down

carried a bottle and two phones in the "13 UD vest

work w rep this AM, then TPA-ATL tonight
big breakfast.


quit early to catch an early flight home, to fit in some solo time before dinner, but got home and took over sasha duty and bedtime...no time for workout.

ATL-TPA early. T gates. score! saves ~10 mins
slept 10:30-1am, took aoife out, then took forever to get back to sleep.
1:30? to 5:30. later wakeup today. easy sunset run on the river walk tonight in Tampa around 8pm after what looks like a long day in the hospitals w rep.

prob drank one cup of water all day. felt it!
jog on riverwalk, plus some pics.
