slept 11-6. stomach and low lateral,posterior under ribs pain thing again.

short easy run. half day then off to airport.
3:30 flight home by midnight.

from portofino hotel to hermosa pier and back.
L achilles took a mile to release. ouch.

great uninterrupted (!!!!) sleep at portofino hotel redondo beach. nice place on the water. working in torrance pharmacy today.

dinner in culver city with neil and geza. much needed. hour drive each way for each of us. comparing notes on mission impossible.

193 is lowest AM since last oct. still a ton of flab. lost muscle. steady progress. need to lift.

easy to steady, sweating pounds and pounds. like, how am I sweating this much? must be body fighting cold virus.

long day + picking up sasha, dropping aoife at boarding again.
up at 5:45, dog walk, sasha prep, both of us off to work same time first time since oct.
came home, sat down and fell asleep for 30'. had to rally to get sasha, drop dog, hit gym.

up at 4:45 to catch eary ATL-LAX tomorrow morning.
