slept in guest room. way better sleep.
took aoife out 6:30, then slept couch for 2hrs.
no back pain weirdness. did feel something similar at lower sternum, but mild. slept in. in bed 9, up 8

in bed 9:30, out of bed 7am, but up at ~5 with the nonstop dull aching but specific thoracic spine pain and some stomach pain. got up, after an hour or so it went away as usual.

carried ultimate direction soft flask 17oz. first time trying these.
kept flying out of chest pockets, even when sinched down. then just carried it in hand which is ok. bite nozzle came off after 2nd try sipping.
maybe just need newer vest/pack. spring 2013 wasn't yesterday!

up at 6 working til 7:30 morning routine w sasha and took her to dsy care then pooch to daycare and 45' drive to start day in marrietta. home 6:30pm then dinner/bath/bedtime routine til 9pm. gotta get up at 5 to make time to train a full ~ hour a day.
