legs body mind fresh.
need to hydrate!
MRS. says I look old when I'm dehydrated skinny and not lifting.

Busy w impromptu AM photos, bossman today and unexpectedly picking up Sasha at 530. rest day. body and mind really want to train so that's good.

feeling way better this AM. almost no pain!!

No need to check Sick box despite Antibiotics Day 5/10.
PM still blowing neon crap out of nose but feeling and breathing 1,000x better

Some normal soreness in legs. after finishing yesterday, felt fresher than ever. maybe the easy descent.

same pain this AM, maybe worse. feel it behind cheekbone and eye but really only after attempting to blow nose. nothing in there. just feels like it. so, stop blowing nose, weirdo!

Even w slow warmup start, pack w 2 bottles and gear, and adjusting to cold air, and focus on keeping HR down. walked whenever HR went up. ll take it.

L sinus feels dry but blown out, some junk in there.

got to roll into 2018 healthy. what a bizarre month.

running afternoon after temp gets over freezing. home depot house project stuff all weekend. or just long in mtns tomorrow. 1hr30 drive each way.

L sinus pretty much dried up already but still pain over L molar and above L eye. woke up 5am took sudafed/acet. 325.

A still recovering from surgery so gotta stay.

2-3 mi ez HR 130, 7:30s
then 6:50, 140s HR. crept from 140 to 147 by end. “steady”

stomach fine...was worried with antibiotics.
