some trim work touchup paint and paint removal before.

Worked in yard and garage all day, 9am-6:30pm

10 piles of leaves using 16x12' tarp, cleared branches, logs.
good full body workout. did not stop moving from 9am to 6:30 except for bathroom. still not even done! pine straw dudes came right after I cleared the areas. 2 cleaners here 5hrs. open house tomorrow. exhausted!

race to get house and yard ready for open house on sunday.

closing/move-in feb 24, same day mount mitchell ultra would have been. DNS two yrs in a row! damn. no more early race entries. that's my new year's resolution. no f'ing idea what I am doing a month from now let alone 6 mos or a year. way too much going on. which is good.

there are huge sheets of ice on the roads though. hasn't been above freezing in days.
