gut, body still not feeling right. weirdly frail, lingering nausea. pull blood monday.
191 when I went to sleep. food, salt, lots of water from the concert. chugged water.

got up to pee 5 or 6x

started at 3.1mph warmup, then held 3.6. A couple short stints at 4mph. need to goose climbing muscles and tendons! mountains this wknd, first time since march 17?

still humid in gym, sweating buckets.

evening jog trying not to barf dehydrated.
3hrs after chipotle burrito. gut
still not 100%

strictly easy jog
have to watch turnover when jogging this slow

no food for 24hrs, and sweating all night, not sure how I did not drop more water weight. GI still jacked this AM but feeling normal, nausea, fatigue, brain cloud gone.

Just in time to ramp up training for Yosemite. ;)

ate light brekky at 11
keeping food down but seems like barely.

no GI distress

prob cuz only food in last 48hrs ate a starbucks egg sandwich at 11am. only felt tired-ish last mile. more thirsty, close to depletion feeling. warmup 8’ pace for a while then easy rpe for pace 7’ pace middle of run mouth closed. then cruised 7:30s to end.
